His extensive experience includes working in blue-chip retailing, strategy, and pharmacy with well-known companies such as Boots, Tesco, and McKesson.

With a background in these areas and a personal interest in physical health, Martin Grieve plays a crucial role in shaping the overall strategic direction and overseeing the commercial performance of The Response Healthcare Group.

Matt is the Clinical Operations Manager with an impressive background in healthcare, spanning over 25 years. His experience primarily lies in elite sports and Musculoskeletal (MSK) wellbeing in the workplace. In his role, Matt is responsible for overseeing the NHS services and providing clinical direction.

To support him in this role, Matt works closely with a team that includes channel directors, senior regional lead clinicians, and clinicians . With his extensive clinical experience and the support of his dedicated team, Matt plays a vital role in the success of the healthcare services provided by his organisation.

Jane joined the company five years ago, bringing with her a wealth of experience in finance and a background in working with various retailers, including Boots, as well as with small and medium-sized enterprises (SMEs). Her expertise extends to acquisitions and mergers, suggesting a strategic focus on financial growth and stability.

In her role as Finance Director, Jane oversees the financial operations of the company, including budgeting, financial planning, and financial reporting. She is also supported by a central operational team, a referrals team, and a finance team. This centralised structure ensures that the financial aspects of the organisation are managed efficiently and effectively, contributing to the overall success and financial health of Response Healthcare Group.

Richard brings an impressive 30-year career as a Chartered Physiotherapist to the table. Among his extensive experience, Richard has spent 20 years specialising in Occupational Health, making him a seasoned professional in the field. He has dedicated his career to delivering employee wellbeing services to businesses spanning a diverse range of industries.

Richard’s expertise encompasses various aspects of Occupational Health, including absence management, workplace fitness programs, and health screening. With his wealth of knowledge and experience, he plays a crucial role in promoting employee health and wellbeing, as well as helping organisations manage and improve the health and productivity of their workforce.

Richard holds the role of NHS Service Director at Response Healthcare Group. In his capacity, he oversees both the First Contact Practitioner (FCP) and Any Qualified Practitioner (AQP) services. Richard’s primary responsibility is to ensure that these services operate at the highest standards of quality and efficiency.

With extensive experience in the healthcare sector, Richard possesses a deep understanding of the complexities and challenges faced by both patients and healthcare providers. His knowledge and expertise likely play a crucial role in shaping the delivery of healthcare services within the Response Healthcare Group.

Phil’s primary responsibility is to oversee and enhance the quality of musculoskeletal (MSK) care provided within the Sport & Leisure channel of the organisation. With his background as an experienced clinician, Phil leads a team of MSK physiotherapists. Additionally, he is supported by four regional leads who assist in managing and coordinating the delivery of MSK care services within the Sport & Leisure channel.

Phil’s leadership and clinical expertise are critical in ensuring that the healthcare services provided in the Sport & Leisure sector meet high standards and effectively address the musculoskeletal needs of patients

With more than 20 years of experience in the field of marketing, Anna plays a pivotal role in shaping the company’s image and how it is received by the outside world. Her responsibilities encompass connecting with partners and driving growth through strategic and intelligent communication efforts.

Anna’s expertise includes crafting compelling narratives that showcase Response Healthcare Group’s first-class healthcare services. She applies her marketing skills across various platforms, from social media to events, to effectively convey the organisation’s message to its target audience.

Melanie is responsible for ensuring the smooth day-to-day functioning of the company. This involves overseeing processes and procedures, managing resources, and optimising operational efficiency.

Melanie is also be responsible for ensuring that the organisation complies with relevant laws and regulations related to employment and healthcare operations.

With 12 years of experience in the recruitment industry, her expertise spans a diverse range of sectors, including banking, security, finance, and generalist recruitment fields. This extensive experience has equipped her with a deep understanding of the recruitment landscape, enabling her to work successfully with both Fortune 500 companies and SMEs.
