He made the bold decision to leave his 25-year corporate career to pursue his ambition of creating a Physio and OH (Occupational Health)-based healthcare business. His extensive experience includes working in blue-chip retailing, strategy, and pharmacy with well-known companies such as Boots, Tesco, and McKesson.

    With a background in these areas and a personal interest in physical health, Martin Grieve plays a crucial role in shaping the overall strategic direction and overseeing the commercial performance of The Response Healthcare Group.

    Clinical Operations Director, Response Healthcare Group

    Matt is the Clinical Operations Manager with an impressive background in healthcare, spanning over 25 years. His experience primarily lies in elite sports and Musculoskeletal (MSK) wellbeing in the workplace. In his role, Matt is responsible for overseeing the NHS services and providing clinical direction.

    To support him in this role, Matt works closely with a team that includes channel directors, senior regional lead clinicians, and clinicians . With his extensive clinical experience and the support of his dedicated team, Matt plays a vital role in the success of the healthcare services provided by his organisation.

    Finance Director, Response Healthcare Group

    Jane joined the company five years ago, bringing with her a wealth of experience in finance and a background in working with various retailers, including Boots, as well as with small and medium-sized enterprises (SMEs).
